Make Debian FAQ Makefile to html

https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/debian-faq/-/blob/main/Makefile?ref_type=heads 에 있는 파일을 로컬 컴퓨터에 갖고 와서 그대로 make 하면 여러 나라 언어를 모두 만들어 준다. 시간 오래 걸리고 난 모든 게 필요하지는 않다.

난 한국어만 필요하므로 

 -LANGUAGES := en de fr it ja ko nl pt ru zh-cn
+LANGUAGES := ko

HTML만 만들 것이므로 

 -FORMATS=html txt pdf
+FORMATS=html

make update-po 할 때 좀 더 효율적으로 하도록

 -UPDATEPO=po4a-updatepo $(PO4AOPTIONS) --previous --format docbook
+UPDATEPO=po4a --no-translations $(PO4AOPTIONS) --previous --format docbook

이렇게 바꾸고 make 하면 한국어 html 만 금방 만들어 준다.
